By accessing and using the Learning Management System (“LMS”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Authorized Use

Access to the LMS is provided exclusively to employees of WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD who have been granted personal login credentials.

Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential.
Sharing credentials or allowing access by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Proper Use of Content

All training materials made available through the LMS (including but not limited to videos, presentations, quizzes, texts, and exercises) are the intellectual property of WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD and/or Synaptica2 Solutions SINGLE MEMBER P.C., unless otherwise expressly stated.

The content is provided exclusively for personal learning and training purposes within the scope of the user’s employment.

Any copying, reproduction, storage, distribution, publication, or use of the content for purposes beyond the LMS training context, without prior written authorization from the respective rights holder, is strictly prohibited.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Use the LMS solely for educational and training purposes related to their employment
Refrain from attempting any unauthorized access, alteration, interference, or disruption of the LMS or its underlying systems
Maintain professional, lawful, and respectful conduct in all LMS-related interactions (including forums, chats, or collaborative features, where applicable)

4. Access Suspension or Termination

WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the LMS in the event of:

violation of these Terms of Use,
misuse of the platform,
or termination of the employment relationship.

Synaptica2 Solutions SINGLE MEMBER P.C. may technically enforce such suspension or termination solely upon instruction of WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD.

5. Limitation of Liability

The LMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for educational purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

Synaptica2 Solutions SINGLE MEMBER P.C. shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss, except where such damage results from gross negligence or willful misconduct on its part.
WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD remains responsible for decisions related to training content, participation requirements, and employment-related consequences.
