1. Authorized Use

1. Access to the platform is provided exclusively to employees of WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD who have received personal login credentials.
2. Credentials are strictly personal; sharing them or allowing use by third parties is not permitted.

2. Proper Use of Content

1. All training materials (e.g. videos, presentations, quizzes, texts, exercises) are the intellectual property of Solutions2Grow S.A. and/or WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD.
2. Use is permitted solely for personal training within the scope of your employment.
3. Copying, reproducing, storing, distributing, or publishing the material without written permission is prohibited.

3. User Obligations

1. Use the platform only for educational purposes.
2. Do not attempt unauthorized access, modification, or disruption of the platform’s operation.
3. Maintain professional and respectful behavior in all interactions (e.g. forums, chats).

4. Access Termination

Solutions2Grow or WORLD MARINE SERVICES CY LTD reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of a violation of these Terms of Use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” for educational purposes. Solutions2Grow shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
